Two British men were found guilty of harassing a local celebrity dolphin during a booze-fuelled late-night swim in the English Channel.

2名英國男子爛醉夜泳於英倫海峽時，因騷擾當地一頭明星海豚而被判有罪。

Michael Jukes, 27, and Daniel Buck, 26, were each ordered to do 120 hours of community service and pay 350 pounds costs.

27歲的裘克斯與26歲的巴克，奉令從事120小時的社區服務，並支付350英鎊罰金。

They were found guilty of intentionally or recklessly disturbing a wild animal -- tourist attraction Dave the dolphin -- when they decided to have a swim while heading home from a drunken party at around 5 00a.m. on June 9, 2007.

他們被判蓄意或魯莽的騷擾一隻野生動物─觀光賣點海豚「戴維」─2007年6月9日清晨約5時，他們從喝得酩酊大醉的派對返家途中，決定來個游泳。

Buck admitted being pulled along by the dolphin by grabbing hold of its dorsal fin and Jukes said he had stroked its belly.

巴克承認藉由抓住海豚的尾鰭，被牠拖曳而行，裘克斯則說他撫摸牠的肚腹。

Experts were called to give their opinion as to whether the dolphin had been disturbed by the men’s antics.

專家被召來，對於海豚是否被這2男的怪異舉動干擾給予意見。

The pair said they did not realise they were doing anything wrong and said they even thought the animal had "enjoyed itself" as much as they had done.

這2人說，他們不了解做了什麼不對的事，並表示他們甚至認為海豚「快活」的程度和他們一樣。
