A California couple are facing federal charges after allegedly refusing to stop "overt sexual activity" on a flight to Raleigh.

一對加州夫妻據說在飛往萊里市途中拒絕停止「明目張膽的性活動」，面臨聯邦當局的控訴。

Carl Warren Persing and Dawn Elizabeth Sewell were indicted on charges of interfering with flight crew members during their Sept. 15 Southwest Airlines flight from Los Angeles.

卡爾．華倫．裴辛與唐恩．伊莉莎白．索威兒，被控在9月15日搭乘西南航空自洛杉磯起飛的班機上干擾機組人員，遭到起訴。

According to court documents, flight attendants saw Persing and Sewell kissing, embracing and "acting in a manner that made other passengers uncomfortable" while the plane was stopped in Phoenix.

根據法院文件，當飛機停在鳳凰城時，空服員見到裴辛與索威兒接吻、擁抱與「從事令其他乘客不舒服的行為」。

A flight attendant asked them to stop. They obeyed initially but resumed the behavior during the flight from Phoenix to Raleigh.

一名空服員要求他們停止。他們一開始配合，但在飛機從鳳凰城飛往萊里市途中又故態復萌。

When the flight attendant again requested them to stop, Persing allegedly told the flight attendant： "I’m going to give you one warning to get out of my face." Persing and Sewell continued the verbal harassment after a flight attendant refused to serve Persing alcohol.

當空服員再度要求他們停止時，據說裴辛告訴空服員：「我要警告你，從我面前消失。」在一名空服員拒絕提供裴辛酒類飲料後，裴辛與索威兒又以言語騷擾空服員。
