A Tanzanian mother went into hysterics when shefound her six month-old baby suckling dog's milk, alocal daily reported.

一名坦尚尼亞母親看到她6個月大的嬰兒吸吮狗乳時，簡直抓狂了，當地一家報紙報導。

The mother left her son on a mat while she went tohang clothes in the yard of her Dar Es Salaam home,Uhuru newspaper said. When she came back to find himsuckling on the dog, she screamed and rushed to herbrother's house to seek advice.

民族獨立報報導，這名母親將兒子放在墊子後，到她位於（坦尚尼亞首都）三蘭港的住家院子裡晾衣服。當她回來時，發現兒子正在吸狗乳。她失聲尖叫，趕緊跑到哥哥的家中尋求建議。

But the brother managed to convince her dog's milkwas harmless. "Since that day the baby is doing welland hasn't had diarrhoea or any signs of illness," he wasquoted as saying.

不過哥哥試圖說服她，其實狗乳沒有害處。「從那天起，這個寶寶身體健健康康，沒有出現下痢或任何疾病的症狀」，報導引述他的話說。

Another relative, who witnessed the incident, wasalso unperturbed. "The baby was satisfied, since hisbelly was full and his lips had traces of milk," he toldUhuru.

目睹這起事件的另一名親戚，同樣也處變不驚。他告訴民族獨立報說：「這名嬰兒心滿意足，因為他喝得肚子飽飽，嘴角還留下乳汁痕跡。」
