A South African sex education teacher has been sentenced to three years probation after he allegedly propositioned female students by asking to sign their bottoms, a local newspaper reported.

一家當地報紙報導，一名南非性教育老師據稱向女學生提出猥褻的要求，要在她們臀部簽名後，被處以三年緩刑。

The Port Elizabeth Herald said Mafa Chauke was also ordered to attend a rehabilitation program, but was acquitted of more serious charges that could have brought a prison sentence. The Herald said Chauke, 34, started making indecent suggestions to female students aged between 12-13 after starting work at a local high school in 2002.

伊麗莎白港先驅報指出，瑪發．喬克也受命參加心理復健課程，不過在一些恐使他入獄、更為嚴重的控告上，他被判無罪。先驅報說，34歲的喬克自2002年於當地一所高中學校開始任教後，開始向年紀在12、3歲的女學生提出猥褻暗示。

Chauke denied the accusations, saying he was the target of a campaign by other teachers at the school who wanted him fired. Port Elizabeth Magistrate Izak van Niekerk disagreed and found him guilty of indecent assault.

喬克否認指控，並說他淪為學校其他老師密謀運作的箭靶，這些老師想讓他被解聘。伊麗莎白港地方法官伊薩克．范．尼柯爾克不表認同，並判他犯下猥褻侵犯罪。

"You are unequipped, unqualified to be a school teacher. You have warped ideas of teaching children about life skills and sexual matters," the newspaper quoted the judge as saying.

該報引述法官的話說︰「你沒有能力、沒有資格為人師表。在教育兒童關於生活技能與性上，你的觀念扭曲。」
