A group of 13 Cubans set sail for the United States in a vintage blue taxicab converted into an unwieldy vessel, Miami television station NBC 6 reported.

十三名古巴人搭乘一輛藍色古董計程車改裝而成的笨重船隻，揚帆航向美國，邁阿密NBC 6電視台報導。

But the makeshift boat, with a prow jutting out of the front and a taxi sign on the roof, was intercepted by the U.S. Coast Guard about 32 km off Key West on the southern tip of Florida.

但這艘前方有一塊突出於船首、船頂還有計程車標誌的臨時船隻，卻在佛羅里達州南端的基威斯特外海三十二公里處，遭美國海岸防衛隊攔截。

The television station showed images of Coast Guard launches circling the vessel and the occupants rolling up the windows, presumably to try to avoid being caught.

電視台播出了海岸防衛隊船艇包圍小船的畫面，船上乘員則把車窗搖起來，可能是想試圖避免被捕。
